The 3D Design Package: This includes Measured Survey, 3D design in CAD for easy visualisation of your design, and Planning Application or Listed Building Consent Submission where required. Prices start from £3,400.

The Build Prep Package: This includes detailed construction drawings, kitchen, bathroom and utility fit-out design, Full Plans Building Regulations Application, Shortlisting and Tender for Contractors quotes, and ends with your signed Construction Contract. Prices start from £5,000.
